7-Points Singleton 93/94

Deck Construction Rules

  • Cards per deck: 60 cards, you cannot play more than one copy of the same card except for basic lands. No sideboards are used. There is a list of cards that cost points to include in your deck. You may “spend” up to 7 points to add cards from that list to your deck.
  • Allowed sets: Alpha, Beta, Unlimited, Revised, Arabian Nights, Antiquities, Legends, The Dark, Fallen Empires, plus the following Harper Prism Books Promos: Arena, Sewers of Estark and Nalathni Dragon.
  • Reprint rules: All reprints with original art are allowed.

Rules

Contemporary rules and errata are followed, with a few exceptions:

  • Mana burn is in effect.
  • When flipping Chaos Orb, you must choose a permanent before you flip and only that card can be destroyed. Its activated ability has no effect if Chaos Orb is destroyed or returned to its owner’s hand in response to its activation.
  • Falling Star can be flipped onto up to 2 creatures of your choice. You only flip once. If you use dice, roll once for each target.
  • Ring of Ma’rûf can fetch any card that you own from exile or any card from outside the game that is not already included in your deck. This new card can break the 7 points limit.

Banned and Restricted Cards

  • Banned cards: Bronze Tablet, Contract from Below, Darkpact, Demonic Attorney, Jeweled Bird, Rebrith and Tempest Efreet
  • Restricted cards: Every card, except for basic lands, is restricted.
